The nine agreements
heyArtist has nine agreements, based on standard agreements from BKF and others. Each has its own sections and fields, so you only deal with what belongs to that kind of agreement.
The screenshots show heyArtist in Danish; the labels are named in English here as they appear when you switch the app to English.

Language, other party and project
Section titled “Language, other party and project”
Below the agreements you choose:
- Language — Danish, English or German. The whole contract and its PDF are in that language. If the contact has a language, the contract starts in it.
- Other party — who the contract is with. Pick one of your contacts, and the other party’s name, address and email are filled in. Pick None — I will type it in if you would rather type the details yourself.
- Project — the project the contract belongs to. Can be left empty.
If you pick a person who belongs to an organisation, you also choose who the contract is with: the person, the organisation with the person as “Att.”, or only the organisation. If you pick an organisation, you can choose an “Att.” person from the people who work there.
Click Create contract. The contract is created as a draft, and you can start filling it in. See Fill in and finalise.
